John-Paul Flintoff - Author of 'Psalms for The City.'

While recovering from a breakdown that had left him in a psychiatric hospital, John-Paul Flintoff found himself taking accidental pilgrimage around London as he walked home from therapy; wandering into churches, neighbourhoods and marketplaces, and encountering spirituality in a way he didn't know could exist in the city in 2022. His journey is shared in his new book, 'Psalms for The City.'
