Belgian boy friendship drama enters Oscars race
Belgium’s official entry to the Oscars race for Best International Feature has been warmly received by its many fans. Lukas Dhont's movie, Close, won the Grand Prix at Cannes in May, and has since been met enthusiastically at other film festivals. Tom Brook speaks to the director about the film, which explores an intimate friendship between two 13-year-old boys.
