He’s taken part in 2 Olympic games and won 8 British titles but this weekend Oxford's Nathan Douglas will call time on a 22-year triple jump career as he takes part in the British Championships in Manchester. The event will be the final one before retirement and he's been speaking to Ross Heaton about the emotion of saying goodbye to the sport.
