The boss of Coventry's University Hospitals tells BBC CWR 11% of their staff are off - half because of COVID
The Chief Exec of Coventry's biggest hospital has told BBC CWR they are now seeing more patients with COVID than the first wave of coronavirus.
But Professor Andy Hardy says there are fewer cases than the second wave and those coming in tend to be less ill with Omicron than the first variant of COVID.
