Second lockdown 'will expire on 2 December'
Prime Minister Boris Johnson has insisted England's second lockdown will end on 2 December.
Speaking during Prime Minister's Questions, Labour leader Keir Starmer asked whether the lockdown would end even if infections are still rising by then.
Sir Keir said it would be "madness" to go back to the tiered system if infections are rising.
