The Scottish Referee Academy

Referee Coach, Scott Kerr, puts the aspiring football referees through their paces at Scotland’s state of the art referee training academy, the ‘We Do Know What We’re Doing Project’.

For some of the candidates, Scott’s teaching methods are too much, however for others, they have exactly what is needed to become the next big thing within Scotland’s pool of match officials.
