Ferdinand: ‘People of colour are not represented accordingly’

Rio Ferdinand says ‘People of colour are not represented accordingly’ following the introduction of the Rooney rule for English Football League clubs. Speaking to Garry Anderson, Ferdinand explained that despite the Rooney rule being introduced, there are still ‘positions of power’ that do not have enough people of colour within them and that it ‘needs to be addressed’.
