For some time the PM programme has been following BBC reporter Sophie Sulehria and her husband Jonny, in their quest to have a baby.

After several rounds of unsuccessful IVF Sophie and Jonny are considering alternative options including egg donation, adopting in the UK, adopting from abroad and fostering to adopt.

This week Sophie and Jonny consider the effect their quest has had on their families.
