Meet Diamond Platnumz -Tanzania's bongo flava star

Diamond Platnumz is considered to be one of the most influential and successful musicians in Tanzania and the African Great Lakes region.

The bongo flava star, from the district of Tandale in Dar es Salaam, told Focus on Africa's Kim Chakanetsa that his success is down to his mother's gold ring.
