Overcoming the gender gap in Japan
Japanese women wanting a career still face challenges. Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's government wants to boost economic recovery by making it easier for women to return to work after they've had children. But overcoming the third largest gender pay gap in the developed world is going to take time, especially in the area of childcare. Szu Ping Chan talks to different women about their experiences starting with Aya Oshejima who has a flexible working arrangement with Lifenet, an insurance company.
