Chris Msando's mutilated body is found in a Nairobi mortuary
The mutilated body of Chris Msando, head of ICT for Kenya's electoral commission, is found in Nairobi just days before the 8 August elections.
And police in Lagos arrest more than 40 men for allegedly performing homosexual acts at a hotel.
