Toulouse: 'France is lost'

In the run up to the French elections reporter Emma Jane Kirby has been speaking to local people in towns and cities across France to find out their views.

She has been following the route of the Tour de France.

While in Toulouse she travelled to the neighbourhood of Mirail to find a very different part of France.
