Burgundy: Preserving regional traditions
On her Tour de France ahead of the presidential elections, Emma Jane Kirby visits Burgundy and hears that while some locals believe globalisation is a good thing, protecting their local produce and traditions are priorities.
"The new president will have to drink some wine to understand us... and of course eat some truffles," says one.
