'We isolate birth... and it should be part of the family'

Jamie Oliver and his wife Jools recently had their two eldest daughters present at the birth of their fifth child.

Like the Olivers, midwife Tonia from East Yorkshire has had several family births. She called in to share her experiences of having her children participate in their siblings' births.
