International Trade Minister Liam Fox is reportedly pressing for the UK to pull out of the EU's
customs union as part of the Brexit negotiations.
But what is the customs union? Professor Patrick Low, former chief economist at the World Trade Organisation, explained to World At One presenter Martha Kearney.
