Former general: 'There are plans for a European army'
The former head of special forces General Sir Michael Rose - who commanded UK forces in the Falklands and UN troops in Bosnia - has today written of his reasons for supporting the leave campaign.
Sir Michael spoke to Martha Kearney about his concerns.
