EU Referendum: First week in review

Lord Howard and Baroness Williams reflect on the first week of the EU Referendum.

Lord Howard dismissed the impact this week's events might have on the eventual outcome while Baroness Williams said the lesson of the week was the belief other democracies have that the UK should stay in the EU.
