Minister: Report is 'extraordinarily biased'
Responding to the government claim that Brexit would leave each household £4,300 worse off, Energy Minister Andrea Leadsom said the analysis was "extraordinarily biased".
She pointed out that there were costs to staying in the EU, like the pressure on public services, which the report had not taken into account.
