BBC's sports presenter and former Commonwealth Games gymnast Gabby Logan and Mike Ford head coach of Bath Rugby Union and a father tells presenter Nick Robinson how important are the parents support in child's sporting development.
Father Mike Ford to two rugby playing sons, George who plays for Bath and England, and Joe who plays for the Sale Sharks tells " I was a player myself (...) they grew up in that environment and that's what they wanted to do, so you just facilitate and encourage if they want to train or not and if they didn't I was pretty relaxed"
