Migrant crisis: 'Turkey needs help'
Turkey's former minister for European Union affairs has said it is time for European leaders to "go into their deep pockets" because "Turkey needs help" to deal with the migrant crisis.
Egemen Bağış was a negotiator for Turkey in accession talks with the EU. He spoke to Mark Mardell about the proposed deal between the EU and Turkey to deal with the migrant issue.
