Budget 2016: Shadow Chancellor John Mcdonnell reacts

Yesterday Chancellor George Osborne revealed his budget in which he announced an extra £3.5bn in spending cuts.

"I don't believe the capitalist society that we have at the moment is the most effective way that we should be developing our economy," said Labour Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell.
