How hackers turned off the lights
In December 2015 over 200,000 people in western Ukraine lost power because of a cyber attack on the electricity distribution system.
Robert Lee is a cyber security expert appointed to a US government panel which analysed the attack. He told the World at One that American officials are worried similar attacks could happen elsewhere.
