Sir Liam Donaldson: junior doctors are "being treated like functionaries"
The government's chief negotiator says that attempts to find an agreement over a new junior doctors' contract were made 'more difficult' by medics voicing their opposition on social media. England's former Chief Medical Officer, Sir Liam Donaldson, tells Radio 4's Broadcasting House that the government is setting out to solve a problem to which the new contract may not be the solution.
