IS child does not 'understand consequences of actions'
The British boy who appeared in so-called Islamic State's propoganda videos could be rehabilitated with the help of "loving attachment figures who are invested in his wellbeing".
Theresa Betancourt, an associate professor of child health and human rights at Harvard University who has studied children involved in warfare, told Eddie Mair that "past traumas" and his "indoctrination" could be addressed.
