Quentin Tarantino’s film The Hateful Eight is being shown with an interval - should other films follow suit?
Chief film critic at The Times Kate Muir and The Daily Mail theatre critic Quentin Letts discuss whether we could see a return of the cinema intermission.
"It's a splendidly romantic notion," Quentin Letts told presenter Justin Webb.
"It's a self-indulgence," Kate Muir said, "these Oscar prestige films...could be a great deal shorter and a great deal sharper."
