Midge Ure: David Bowie ‘was the guvnor’

Pop star Midge Ure has paid tribute to David Bowie, who has died age 69.

“He was the leader. He was the guvnor,” Mr Ure – who worked with Bowie on Band Aid - told the Today programme.

“We are all still walking in his slipstream,” he said.
