Patients at home are dying in pain because out-of-hours doctors claim they can't afford the license to stock drugs like morphine. Strict Home Office regulations to control access to the powerful drugs are causing the ill, and their families, to suffer needlessly according to this report from GP and broadcaster Dr Faye Kirkland.
