Ross-on-Wye band Unravellings describe themselves as four friends who, between messing around and the daily grind, get together with a massive PA system and attempt to drown out Neil (the drummer) with keys, bass and guitar - usually to no avail.
Despite being seasoned musicians, this group is still in its infancy and this was one of the very first gigs they've played together.
They're influenced by bands such as James, U2, Blur and Midlake - although there's a definite New Order/Happy Mondays feel to these guys!

Live music

In 2015, as we celebrated 10 years of supporting the very best unsigned, undiscovered & under-the-radar music, we continued to take the show on-the-road to some of the biggest events and most happening places in Herefordshire & Worcestershire.
This week, hear some of the performances we recorded at The Courtyard in Hereford, The White Lion in Leominster, The Hay Festival, The Conquest Theatre in Bromyard, The Globe in Hay-on-Wye, The Wychwood Festival, The Marr's Bar in Worcester, MappFest in Malvern, The Colwall Family Music Festival and at Glastonbury!

Rockfield Studios

This week, we continue our series looking at the bands that recorded at the legendary Rockfield Studios near Monmouth.
So what is it like being a Rockfield baby?
Lisa Ward's dad set up the studio and eventually handed the reins over to her.
Tonight she takes us around the Coach House Studio - where Black Sabbath recorded their first demos and Rockfield achieved their first #1 with How Long by Ace.
But what's it like setting off in your school uniform first thing in the morning when the bands are just going to bed? We find out!

BBC Introducing in Bromyard

The last series of sessions we're broadcasting this year were recorded at the Conquest Theatre in Bromyard.
If you've only ever driven through the town before, it's on Nozstock Street!
The Conquest has been hosting events at its Tenbury Road location for the last 21 years - but they'd been campaigning for a facility like this since the 50s, according to the records book!
Originally, events had been held in an 'old tin hut' which had been built in 1919 by the Royal British Legion.
But eventually they decided an all-singing, all-dancing venue was what the town needed.
National airplay

A Bromsgrove band have been in at BBC Hereford & Worcester talking about their debut EP, which has been getting national airplay on the Mark Forrest show.
Grafton Ash, who met at Catshill Middle School, started making music together three or four years ago but decided to drop the covers and record their own material at the start of the year.

BBC Introducing in Redditch

Since 2011, we've been taking the show out on-the-road showcasing the very best musicians from our two counties.
On Sunday 13 December, we'll be rolling up to Steps in Redditch to record several acts who we've been playing on BBC Hereford & Worcester recently.
We'll bring the bands - all we need now is the fans!
None of these artists knew they were being considered for a live session - they were chosen based on the tracks they uploaded to us.
So if you'd like to Be Part Of It then simply turn up on the day - it's free to get in - but you must be prepared to make lots of noise for local music!
Doors open at 4pm - but you're more than welcome to turn up any time until 8pm.
