'Winning at all costs has been a problem in banking'
Jayne-Anne Gadhia, Virgin Money CEO, has criticised the "alpha-maleness" of banking.
She told Today: "I think winning at all costs has been a problem for all sorts of businesses in the past, and it's certainly been a problem in banking".
"I think being able to look at a more balanced way of assessing performance is very very important".
She said it was important to make sure pockets of success were happening legitimately, as "if you show me the most successful salesperson, I can often show you a crook."
