NHS whistleblower: Bullying becomes normal for you

An NHS opthamologist has told the programme about the poor patient care he witnessed in his department and the bullying he suffered for speaking out.

Having thought he would be applauded for highlighting the issues he saw, he was in fact ostracised as a result of his actions.

"Bullying becomes normal for you...life becomes difficult".
