Snow queen Jenny Jones shows off her medal

It's always a special moment when Team GB win medals at Olympic games, but when the snowboarder Jenny Jones took bronze in Sochi last week, she made history by becoming the first Briton to win a medal on snow at a Winter Olympics.

She joined us on the sofa to tell us about her victory, and show off her medal.
