Germaine Greer turns eco-warrior
She helped to propel the issues of gender equality into the political arena and is a bestselling author addressing what she sees as the plight of women across the world.
But now Germaine Greer has taken on another cause. She says she was so shocked by the devastation of parts of the Australian landscape that she felt compelled to embark on a project to reclaim a corner of the rainforest in South East Queensland.
She sank all her savings into the scheme which she now runs as a conservation charity. She joined Bill and Louise to tell them about it.
