Master of the war story: Chris Ryan talks about his latest book

In the first Gulf War, Chris Ryan was the only member of an eight man SAS unit to escape, after being dropped behind enemy lines in Iraq.

He was awarded a military medal and Bravo Two Zero became a byword for bravery.

Today, he writes books and his latest, is about a young SAS trooper on a covert mission in Syria.
