"Here's one I made earlier" Lindsey Russell lands Blue Peter job

After beating off 20,000 hopefuls Lindsey Russell has landed the role of the 36th Blue Peter presenter as chosen by the viewers.

She was joined by former presenter Yvette Fielding who fronted the show for five years.

Blue Peter is on CBBC on Thursdays at 5.30pm
