Colin Paterson on why David Bowie has released his first song in a decade

Singer David Bowie has released single, ‘Where are we now?’ in an announcement that has taken the music world by surprise.

Colin Paterson explains that it is about Berlin and places Bowie used to frequent when he was younger.

His new album, ‘The Next Day’ will be released in March.
