Encouraging more young people to become coaches
Tim Muffett reports from Loughborough University on attempts by the Youth Sport Trust to encourage younger people to become coaches.
In his report Tim meets 17 year old swimming coach Jenny Chapman.
He also talks to olympic gold medal winning sprinter Darren Campbell and John Steele the Chief Executive of the Youth Sport Trust.
