Clare Balding's view on this year's Sport Personality shortlist

Clare Balding came in to talk about 12 people who have been nominated in the list as the show looks back at an incredible year for British sport.

Clare also tells us about what we can expect from this year's show , talks about some of those who were unlucky not to make the shortlist and talks about her role in helping Mo Farah 's 'MoBot' celebration.

The live show is on BBC One on Sunday 16th December at 7.35pm - viewers will get to vote for their favourite on the night.
