Bronnie Ware on having a life with no regrets
Bronnie Ware was a carer who spent several years looking after people in the last weeks of their lives. She has written about her experiences in a new book where she found that top of the list of regrets was "I wish I hadn't worked so hard".
She came to tell us more about the book.
