Andrew Marston introduces live music from Heed The Thunder (Hereford/Ledbury)

Ledbury band The Roving Crows will be talking about their brand new album, we catch up with the Utah Saints - who are performing in Hereford tonight and there's music from the Stourport Civic Centre.

• Ledbury's Roving Crows launch their new album this week. They'll talk to us about the release and will perform a couple of live tracks.
• The Utah Saints return to Hereford. We'll talk to them about their new single and how they were the inventors of the running man dance!
• We'll hear live music from the Hereford band Heed The Thunder who we put on at the Stourport Civic Centre last month.
