Claire Phillipson speaks about Compensation for Rape Victims

Former Newcastle policeman Stephen Mitchell was found guilty of multiple rapes. A number of the victims are not eligible for Criminal Injuries Compensation because they have criminal convictions of their own. Claire Phillipson from Wearside Women in Need explains to Jeremy why she believes this is unacceptable.
