Chithear cuideachd na còisirean a bhuannaich farpaisean nan còisirean dùthchail Diardaoin, nam measg na buidhnean a ghlèidh Sgiath Latharna agus Cuach Cuimhneachan an t-Siorraim MacMhaighstir Caimbeul.
A thuilleadh air na còisirean bidh cothrom eile ann èisdeachd ri na sàr sheinneadairean a ghlèidh Buinn Òir a’ Chomuinn Ghàidhealaich agus Bonn Òir son seinn san t-seann nòs.
Cathy Macdonald brings this year’s coverage of the Royal National Mòd in Glasgow to a close with highlights from the choral competitions held over the last two days.
Amongst the performances featured will be songs from the choirs who successfully competed for the two main prizes for the area choirs, the Lovat and Tullibardine Shield and the Margrat Duncan Memorial Trophy. Also featured will be a selection winners from the rural choirs competitions, including those who clinched the coveted Lorn Shield and the Sheriff MacMaster Campbell Memorial Quaich.
In addition to the choirs there will also be another opportunity to hear the talented solo singers who took home the An Comunn Gàidhealach Gold Medal and the Gold Medal for traditional singing.
