Sibelius's Karelia Suite with the BBC Philharmonic

Throughout the week, we'll be shining a spotlight on the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra. Today, the masterful Finnish conductor John Storgårds leads the orchestra in an iconic work from Finland's greatest composer, Sibelius. The stirring 'Karelia Suite' evokes the resilient spirit of the Finnish people through majestic brass chorales and folk-inspired melodies.
