Celebrated for his vocal agility and supreme musicianship, Iestyn is well known as a Handelian - performing roles such as Bertarido, Orlando, Rinaldo, Ottone Agrippina and David Saul. He is also committed to contemporary music, collaborating with Thomas Adès, George Benjamin, and Nico Muhly. His choices include tracks by Britpop giants blur, Snarky Puppy's Shaun Martin, as well as music by Borodin and Caroline Shaw. In exchange, Jess shares music by Stéphane Grappelli, Prokofiev, and Bernstein.
