Danny's Coming Home
In Northamptonshire, Roo Irvine and Danny Sebastian search for hidden treasures. Heavy purchases, home-town advantage and a Windsor auction decide the winner.
Roo Irvine and Danny Sebastian roll into Northamptonshire in Felix, their faithful vintage Morris Traveller, hunting for antiques, oddities and a bit of auction glory. Danny is on home turf and seems to know half the county, but Roo is not about to let local advantage steal the show.
But what will make the money? Roo takes a fancy to something with a sporting swing, though she will be hoping to avoid any bogies. Danny has his eye on a cracking little curiosity with more than a hint of egg about it and grapples with a sizeable garden ornament.
Along the way, the pair get wrapped up in an ancient Japanese textile art form and meet the woman who is trying to bring this dying craft back from the brink.
All roads lead to Windsor, where a Thames-side auction decides who has played a blinder.
