Leading a double life is proving tricky for Val. He’s spending more time in the human village, and his friendship with Gertie is growing but so are Vernon’s suspicions. When Victor admits to losing the castle in a card game to his nemesis Alexis, who is visiting, Val realises he needs to be in two places at once to keep both his friends and family happy. The gargoyles try to help Val, but the solution isn’t as simple as Val hoped.
