Elizabeth Alker introduces a week of highlights from the BBC Proms, featuring some of the festival's standout performances. The Munich Philharmonic, conducted by Lahav Shani, perform Brahms' fourth symphony.
Elsewhere, there's chamber music from this year's Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Festival on the Baltic Coast. The programme also includes highlights from the International Sacred Music Festival in Fribourg with music by Isabella Leonarda.
