After a whirlwind romance Quran, 24, and Cheryl, 61 married in September 2025, brought together by a love of dancing. An online video of them went viral, and they soon fell in love. Now they make TikTok videos for a living and have amassed 1.5 million followers, but not all the feedback is positive.

As an interracial couple with a 37-year age gap living in the southern state of Georgia, they have triggered a wave of hate. Cheryl cannot bear to look at the negative comments left on her videos, but the increased engagement they get due to the controversial nature of their relationship amounts to increased profit.
