Matt Tebbutt dishes up a delicious menu from favourite chefs, including Sabrina Ghayour, Ravinder Bhogal and Theo Randall.
Matt Tebbutt delves into the Saturday Kitchen archives to bring you some delicious recipes from years gone by.
Sabrina Ghayour prepares halloumi fattah and super simple, spiced flatbreads. Ravinder Bhogal serves up a sharing starter with cured sea bream, sweet melon and a jalapeño and lime dressing. Theo Randall puts tuna centre stage with seared tuna steak and a light potato, green bean and pea salad, finished with a punch anchovy and rosemary dressing.
Jaega Wise goes on a trip around the world with her top picks of global beers, while Marianne Lumb presents her white peach and ruby chocolate crostata. Finally, Ellie Taylor tucks into either her food heaven, ricotta and burrata cannelloni, or her food hell, hay-smoked venison.
Meanwhile, Rick Stein heads to Scotland for a taste of their unique garlic, and the Hairy Bikers get milking on a sheep farm in Sardinia.
