An island-wide drugs crackdown targets a suspected carfentanyl courier, cannabis plants spark a doorstep confession, and a sniffer dog flags suspicious luggage at the airport.

We take a look back at the series and the biggest and best stories in Bermuda's war on drugs. Bermuda may be a small island but policing the drugs problem is a constant challenge. For detectives Zoenique Williams and Damon Hollis, that work began at the docks as intelligence from overseas points to a familiar name arriving on a cruise ship. As passengers disembark, officers move quickly, and one encounter sets a major investigation in motion. Time pressures mount as the detectives return to the ship, searching for answers before the clock runs out.

One classic drugs case cropped up unexpectedly for officers on the front line. What starts as a routine visit to serve court papers takes an unexpected turn when PC Eddie Smith notices something unusual growing in plain sight - a stash of suspected cannabis plants growing at the side of a property. With support arriving from PCs Jen Suter and Tyler Kendall, the questions start building, and the situation develops faster than anyone anticipates.

On the roads, Acting Inspector Tiffany Caisey oversees a stop-and-search operation designed to catch issues early. When Sergeant Mervin Homer finds a small amount of suspected cannabis, officers are left waiting on a result that could change the outcome entirely.

At the airport, one typical case comes in on a flight from Canada when PC Paul Geordie' Watson is working alongside customs and the K-9 unit. An alert from sniffer dog Zorro draws attention to a family’s luggage and leads to a conversation about where the line is drawn.

The island-wide war on drugs results in huge hauls that need to be destroyed. Superintendent Arthur Glasford oversees the careful destruction of seized drugs with street values of over a million dollars. We follow the riskiest part of the process, transporting the high-value haul to the incinerator and learn that it goes up in smoke at temperatures of 1,000 degrees Celsius.
