The Gesualdo Six live at Wigmore Hall

The Gesualdo Six perform live from Wigmore Hall, with a collection of exquisite vocal consort pieces. And Mark Forrest introduces a week of specially recorded performances from the recent St. Magnus festival in this its 50th year. And throughout this week, Classical Live is shining a spotlight on the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and Music Director Vasily Petrenko with exclusive recordings. Today, you can tune in for Elgar's symphonic study Falstaff. And baritone Roderick Williams performs a new work from the Scottish composer Jay Capperauld with the Scottish Chamber Orchestra and Chorus conducted by Andrew Manze.
